Chief Joseph Highway

One last tantrum before we got on the road again:)  Am I mean for taking a picture?

Justin's parents have to do an insane amount of driving and I think they've probably driven every highway in Montana and in their corner of Wyoming. So... it  was exciting to drive the scenic Chief  Joseph Highway.

There were some cute little chipmunks that were so used to the visitors that they would come right up and eat out of your hand. The kids loved it but were always to nervous to hold still.
The sights were beautiful and I hope that we can return someday.And... Justin's parents had the two older kids on this leg of the journey so the drive felt especially peaceful and enjoyable.

Looks so beautiful. And I have to say I am loving your cute red shoes in these pics--you look so put together and chic for your road trip!

You look darling. Such a cute family.

What a fun summer! I love Montana - so beautiful. Ryan would love to have a cabin there someday. Someday :) Isn't it great to have kids that travel so well? We'll have to try the band aids - a great idea.

Beautiful sights! No, you're not a mean mommy. You're a well-balanced mommy. :)
