Growing up

This is Gracie outside of our apartment. She was having fun crawling around and exploring her new space. Some good news in the crawling department- Gracie has finally graduated to walking. She has been standing on her own since August and I've been thinking for two and half months that she was ready to walk. Even a month ago, she had taken steps but I didn't really count it as walking. This last week, everything changed and Gracie has been walking all over. We are so proud of her and I'm amazed how quickly she is picking up speed, bending over and standing back up, and how grown up she suddenly seems. This is the view outside of our little condo. I love looking out our window and seeing the temple. We are really close, so I have also loved taking Gracie on walks by the temple and through our beautiful neighborhood.
This is our new bedroom. It feels nice to have our furniture back and our pictures out- we didn't bother unpacking them this summer because we had enough closet space and we didn't want to go through the hassle of packing and unpacking all of our stuff multiple times. For those who don't really know, we moved from Provo to Pine Valley in April, we stayed at Justin's parents' place in Pine Valley for a month and then moved to another home in Pine Valley for 5 months and have just recently moved to St. George proper. Does it make you as tired as it makes me?
Here is the living/dining area. I like that it is really open. The kitchen is just to the left of our table.
I've decided that as a blogger I've become a sick person. I'm heading to Wal-Mart to get supplies to make Gracie's Christmas stocking and I thought about bringing my camera along so I can get a good picture of the tantrums she has been throwing lately every time we go to the store. The other thing I was going to take a picture of was our TV remote because Gracie has been hitting herself in the head with it (on purpose, a couple times in a row) until she does it too hard and she cries. I try to catch her in time and take the remote away but I'm still trying to figure out why she would do such a silly thing. Well, in the interest of not being a sick person maybe I'll just have to describe her next tantrum in vivid detail and forget the pics.

Hey Justin & Maggie! So good to hear from you guys! And I'm so excited that you're into blogging...like I am! Rob says I'm addicted! Maybe I am alittle! But, I figure I'm not hurting anyone or out shopping like crazy spending all of Rob's money...so I tell him to chill out!
Gracie is soooo cute! So grown up, I can't believe how big she is. I'm excited that you guys are now living in St. George. We come down often to stay with Rob's fam, so we will have to come by and see you sometime!
I hope it's okay that I add you to my favorite links, I'd love to keep in touch and see how your cute family is growing!!!

Maggie,
I am so glad that you found our blog. I had no idea you guys had one too! You would think that we could see more of each other when we live in the same town!:) Sorry we weren't able to get together at the park, Hunter has been throwing up all weekend. We will be heading out of town this friday until the next Sunday, but we would love to come by and see your place! Have a great Thanksgiving!

I'm glad sisi isn't the only one that throws store tantrums in our family. It is so hard sometimes! I'm happy for your new move. I didn't even know you were moving and I do get tired of thinking of moving three times! See you soon.

Congrats on the new place, it looks great and now you are even closer to the in-laws place (I think) and we can come visit you! Gracie really does look so big standing up and walking.. Wow! Now you can start training her for her first St. George Marathon! :) Hopefully no more moving for awhile!

Maggie,

I am so excited for you guys to be settling into your own place. What a perfect spot so close to the temple. Gracie is such a doll. I hope I can get together with all you girls during the holidays and see all your babies and how grown up they are.

I love your new place. It looks so nice and homey. I have the same obsession with taking pictures just for the blog. Like our freezer after I bought 40 lb of chicken and cut it all up. It took one of two shelves in our freezer. I didn't post that. Who wants to hear about me cutting up 40 lb of chicken?
