I really like tri's but between running, not being motivated enough to get to a pool and being busy with Gracie, I haven't done very many. That said, it was great. I didn't win a medal but felt better than I should have (I haven't been swimming and just pumped up my bike tires last night). Gracie wished she could jump in the water with me... maybe she'll have to wait a few years.
This is me with Carol Ann (the first place winner in her age group!) This is her third triathlon.
For those who know or care about the distances it was only a beginner tri 200 meter swim, 5 mile bike, and 1.5 mile run. (That's also part of the reason that I wasn't more scared into training.)
Camille and Carrie watched Gracie while I raced.
Gracie eating dinner with her dad. "CHEESE".

Awesome, good for you Maggie! I've been telling Ryan that I'd like to do a triathlon. Talk is nice, so we'll see if I actually ever do one. :) Great job!!
Congrats Maggie-What an accomplishment!
Maggie that looks like it was a ton of fun. I may have to do a beginners triathlon. I can't really swim, but I can run and bike. You look great! What was the things on everyones ankle before they swam?
Props Mag--you are such a little racer! Good work.
Way to go Maggie!
Wow! What an accomplishment! Congrats...
Way to rock em' girl! You've inspired me.
Good job Mags. I do a mini one like that this Saturday up in Logan. I am really excited.
Maggie, I had not idea you were doing a triathalon! That is so great! I think that I would like to do one, one day! A beginner one might be best for me! Congrats!
Way to go Maggie!
That is awesome Maggie! I am so impressed. I might have to get back out there and compete after I have the baby.
Wow Maggie! That's awesome. I would love to do a triathlon, but I think I'd embarrass myself trying to do any actually swimming storks. Way to go!
You are amazing! I could never do that because I'm not a good swimmer, I hate running, and the tires on my bike are flat… hehe. I have always admired people who can do that and who would even dare to try. Awsome, Maggie!
